In our Infant Feeding class, we’ll discuss the benefits of both breastfeeding and formula feeding, provide tips and guidance for feeding your baby, and help ensure your baby gets the nutrition they need for healthy growth. We'll also help you identify any signs of nutritional deficiencies and provide advice on how to supplement if needed. We want to help make sure your baby is getting everything they need for a strong start in life.

We all need proper nutrients for our bodies to perform at their best, and babies are no exception. We’ll cover the benefits of breastfeeding and bottle feeding as well as any potential pitfalls, as well as the best feeding positions, costs and the equipment you’ll need.

Exploring Baby Feeding Options

Having a feeding plan will help you predict when your infant needs to eat and make sure they get all the nourishment they need. You’ll learn how to identify hunger cues and how to naturally get your baby on a healthy feeding schedule.

Creating a Newborn Feeding Schedule

It can be incredibly frustrating for everyone involved when your newborn isn’t getting enough to eat. We help you develop the skills needed to overcome common infant feeding challenges that may arise, so you know just what to do before it becomes a serious problem.
